Policies

 Dr. McNeer strives to provide services in a sensitive and ethical manner.  As part of this, it is important for you to understand her office policies prior to undertaking treatment.  Dr. McNeer adheres to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and a copy of these are available for you to view or download here.
 

Dr. McNeer accepts several forms of insurance and provides billing to your insurer as a courtesy to you.  To make this go smoothly, please make sure your information is always up-to-date and that you have obtained any necessary authorizations.  Alert Dr. McNeer should you need her to complete a form on your behalf.
 

Sessions are 45 minutes, scheduled in advance and set aside for your use.  Should you not be able to attend, Dr. McNeer will charge a cancellation fee of $50 if the session is not cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance
 

Dr. McNeer utilizes secure email for transmission of personal information and account information.  Phone discussions are preferable for private conversations.
